Lovely friendly people, felt very safe.

Been here since early March or April 2022, it is a huge step for anyone to take to go for a therapy, it took not only courage but also lots of willingness to taking care of themself and be responsible for your own improvement of life. I thought it was fascinating at first and I am glad I have full trust to open up so the psychologist can assess and help me. You can not learn how to fly without failing first, and there is no judgement, because as soon as you willing to approach whatever is challenging you, your effort will be rewarded. I have now felt more confident, strong, and more positive to challenge study, work and other aspect of my life. I came here originally want to overcome my upbringing trauma from family, and the fact it still have negative impact to my adult life I decided I can not ignore it anymore. I have now half way towards studying on my first UX design professional certificate, I have not been able to study for a fair few years. Here I want to thank Sean and his team, these human do care, and they are here to help. You are in good hand and you will never regret to choose them. Don't let society, social media and other people's opinions stop you from seeking help and change your life to be better. If you can spend the same money on the stuff that won't change your life, then you can afford a therapy, plus we are lucky enough to have government rebate on this.

As a fellow healthcare professional I am very pleased with the quality of service provided by Dale who has made my self-care sessions far more productive and pleasant.

Not a big fan of counselling or psychotherapy but I have seen 2 different psychologists here and am truly grateful for their frankess and directness. I've always felt judged or like my life choices were not great by other counsellors but have only felt good things here and supported at all times.
